Using the Training
The training application will open in a new browser window on top of this one. You can stop the training at any time and close the application by clicking on the close box in the upper right-hand corner of the window--it looks like a checkbox with an x in it.

Technical Requirements
To use the training course, you will need to have version 8 (or higher) of the Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. If you're unsure whether or not your computer meets these requirements, click here to test and update your Flash Player, if necessary.
